eGrants is a suite of systems, tools and services for end to end management of large scale government grant programs. It includes:
  • eGrants.com: a fast, secure hosted internet system to reach applicants and deliver services through the community's service channel of choice
  • eGrants Enterprise: a powerful back office system that provides lifecycle support for grant program management
  • eGrants consulting: for program design, establishment, performance improvement, risk management, fraud control and program evaluation.
eGrants is based on a hybrid internet/LAN architectural model for optimal performance. Our hosted "cloud computing" internet solution can reach millions of users in the community, while the LAN system provides high performance for high intensity users in program teams.

eGrants.com is provided on a software as a service (SaaS) basis for fast startup, no capital outlay and very low initial and operating cost. Our SaaS+ service includes a range of support services - including data quality management - for program teams and end users.

eGrants Enterprise is a low cost licensed software product for installation on client LAN systems. The enterprise package includes planning, setup and migration support. An ongoing support service is also available for egrants Enterprise.

eGrants consultants have extensive experience in designing program processes for maximum efficiency, effectiveness and fraud and performance risk management. Their experience also includes program systems work, including implementation of COTS products for multi-program rollout, design, construction, operation and support of bespoke and SaaS systems, and program data analysis. Their knowledge of "what works" is based on direct experience, plus feedback from the egrants online forum for its 10,000 users.
